what`s your style?
I embrace a journalistic approach with a documentary flair, capturing authentic moments and emotions as they unfold. Candid moments hold my heart. While I prioritize natural moments, I also incorporate a mix of prompts and poses when needed, ensuring a well rounded gallery that reflects your unique vision.
What other packages do you offer?
In addition to 4 hour coverage, I also offer extended packages of 6 and 8 hours. As a bonus, both the 6 and 8 hour packages qualify for a complimentary audio guestbook. Please feel free to inquire for more details.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! I consider these to be “portrait” sessions. Couples that have booked their wedding package always may opt for a 50% discount on their engagement session.
Can we CUSTOMIZE A package?
I understand that every wedding is unique and as such so are it`s needs. Whether you need additional coverage, specific services, or unique add ons, I`m here to tailor a package that perfectly fits your vision.
How long will it take to recieve our wedding photos?
I take great pride in my care during post production - where I take great care in crafting each and every photo to perfection. I don`t believe in producing multiples of the same shot or batch editing; instead; every photo is unique, and I dedicate time and attention to meticulously retouch each photo, providing extensive edits where necessary. From correcting minor imperfections like bruises, scars, and tan lines to enhancing skin texture, and removing obstructions, I strive to create stunning images that you`ll cherish for a lifetime. Every session and event is accompanied by a healthy preview of your photos within 48 hours of your session or event. Wedding galleries typically take up to 15 weeks to be delivered, while regular sessions may take up to 6 weeks. Your patience allows me to deliver a fully curated gallery of timeless photos that truly capture the essence of your wedding day or session.
Do you provide prints?
Yes, I offer a range of products to preserve and showcase your most cherished memories, including heirloom albums, archive quality prints of all sizes, photo boxes, USB drives, and other custom items. Feel free to contact me for a detailed list of available products and customization options.
What`s your booking process?
To reserve your event or session date, I require a 20% retainer of the total balance along with a signed proposal. This ensures that your date is secured exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session or event.
Can we see a full wedding gallery of your work?
Heck yes! I actually encourage ever single person considering This is Cuevas for photography to take a moment and view a full gallery. It`s an awesome opportunity for you to truly immerse yourself in my shooting and editing style, as well as witness how I handle lighting throughout the day. The coolest part? No styled shoots here. Just real people, real moments, and real magic captured in every frame.
do you work with a second shooter or assistant?
Although I typically capture weddings solo, my 8 hour package includes the option to include a second shooter as an add on. This additional service is perfect for couples who envision having plenty of multiple angles captured throughout the day. Second photographers are also available to add on to other packages a la carte.
Can we request specific shots or poses?
Yes, I am always eager to collaborate and bring your vision boards and ideas to life, including specific shots and poses you have in mind. For events, you can provide these details in the questionnaire I provide, ensuring that every aspect of your vision is captured seamlessly.
Are there any additional travel fees?
Aside from out of state, Central and Northern California and out of country destination events, there are no additional or hidden travel costs. I believe in transparency and ensuring that my clients have a clear understanding of the investments required for their photography services.
do you have liability insurance?
I carry liability inscurance to ensure peace of mind for both myself and my clients. I am more than happy to provide a certificate of insurance to clients and venues upon request.
DO you offer any additional services?
I offer an audio guestbook service that adds a unique touch to your event. This includes a neon sign, table signage, and an audio guestbook. Your guests can leave heartfelt messages, which are then professionally mixed down and delivered to you as an mp3 file, This service is complimentary with any booked 6 or 8 hour package.

Do you offer film?
I offer 35mm film as an additional option for your needs. Personally, I have a deep appreciation for the nostalgic charm of 35mm film and for this reason the first roll is always on me when booking an event with This Is Cuevas.
